Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Fib Cosmetics purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unused and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products and beauty sponges cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
